Cottonwood Hotel Unit 2 Bedroom
Cottonwood Hotel's Unit #2 is a nonsmoking one bedroom, one bath apartment. It is an upper front inside unit that is adjacent to the common balcony. There are nice original hardwood floors throughout. The bedroom has (1) queen bed, egyptian cotton sheets, a 4" memory foam mattress topper, 100% quilted silk duvet. There is a 7' closet. The living room has a rocker/recliner and a convertible sofa/sleeper, armoire with TV and a small closet. The kitchen seats two at a drop leaf table. There is a gourmet glass cooktop, filtered drinking water, larger apartment refrigerator, microwave, slow-cooker, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc. The small bath has a small pedestal sink, triple mirror wall cabinet and a shower with no tub.
This unit is best suited for 1-2 people. Can sleep a 3rd person for a night or two.
The Cottonwood Hotel Apartments (Apartotel) are ideal for your extended stay, vacation rental, overnight or weekend stay. It is at best preferred by your independent traveler/guest(s) for the extended longer stay and is chosen over other local hotels/motels and lodging by most who have had the opportunity to stay here.
