Unit 7 (380 SF) STUDIO Apartment Suite
Unit 7 was Newly remodeled in 2007. It has (1) platform queen bed, built-in drawers and closet space, futon sofa, split bath w/separate shower and dressing area, refinished hardwood floors throughout (some new, some original). The new kitchen has a kitchen bar and two stools, gourmet glass cook-top, filtered drinking water, and is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, toaster, larger apartment refrigerator, microwave and more.
This studio apartment is best suited for a single or couple for the extended stay. It can sleep a 3rd person for an overnight or weekend. If you are a couple that may feel closed-in with a queen up against the wall, please check out #2 for more room.
Unit 7 is one of two rear ground floor studios which were a 1940's addition to the rebuilt 1925 hotel building.
The Cottonwood Hotel Apartments (Apartotel) are ideal for your extended stay, vacation rental, overnight or weekend stay. It is at best preferred by your independent traveler/guest(s) for the extended longer stay and is chosen over other local hotels/motels and lodging by most who have had the opportunity to stay here.
