***This ground floor unit is our ONLY UNIT that we will consider a PET with prior authorization, pets fees and signed policy agreement. ***Since our 2007 remodel, this unit has not had a pet in it up to date. Thought I'd mention that for those of you that don't have a pet, may have allergies, and want to book this unit. ***ALL of our upper floor units are PET FREE...

RESERVATIONS: Our business is open by appointment for viewings or by scheduled arrival times. We do not keep regular office hours. We do not accept late calls or walk-ins.
To RESERVE a unit: 30 days or greater before arrival, 50% down payment is required. Less than 30 days, FULL payment is required.
We accept Master Card, VISA and PayPal. 60 days or greater before arrival date, personal checks may be considered, with a credit card for security. Cash discounts are available, but a credit card is still required for security.
Advanced Payment Policy
It is our policy and practice to require payment in advance for our units.
At check-in, our guest must pay for the entire stay if the length of the stay is less than seven days; or for one week at a time if the stay is seven days or longer. For stays of longer than seven days, the guest will be required to pay for each week or month in advance.
POLICY:
MONTH-to-MONTH: Rates are based on a 4-week period Month Rates requires a $500 Refundable Deposit
If ADDITIONAL WEEKS are needed, an extension may be added to your extended stay ONLY if the unit has not already been booked. For extended time added to a month-to-month agreement, the rates are ONLY PRO-RATED up to 7 days, otherwise the charge may be the SPECIFIC RATE of the extended time required.
CANCELLATION POLICY Rental Monies paid are forfeited unless the apartment can be re-rented for the FULL term. If apartment can be re-rented for the full term, a $125.00 administration/cancellation fee will apply. PLEASE purchase travelers rental insurance if this is a concern. Since we are a small business cancellations can hurt us tremendously. (For example) If you have a week reserved and someone wants a month, but because you have it locked in, then cancel, we just lost a months income unless we can re-book it. A lot of times at the last minute, we can't always book it to fill the whole term.
OTHER FEES:
$50 Rebooking Fee (May apply For Date Changes)
$50 Late Check-Out Fees may apply, if not pre-arranged.
$30 Late Arrival Fee, if no prior arrangements were made
