This unit is best suited for a single or couple for the extended stay. It is at best preferred by the independent traveler/guest(s) for the longer vacation rental and is chosen over other local hotels/motels and lodging by most who have had the opportunity to stay here. Can sleep a 3rd person with a single airbed set-up for a weekend stay.
UPSTAIRS, all private, nonsmoking one bedroom, one bath apartment style suite, adjacent to the common balcony makes an excellent choice for those looking for a unique vacation rental or weekend stay.
VIEWS: Balcony, Old Town from living room and sky above roofline views from kitchen and bedroom.
LIVING ROOM has two classic Franklin leather tufted chairs, ottoman, desk with hutch, a small closet, armoire with TV, DirecTV, VCR with classic and locally filmed movies, including 'Angel & the Badman' starring John Wayne & Gail Russell.

The BATHROOM is small with a 32" x 32" shower only, no tub, a pedestal sink with a triple mirror cabinet, organic liquid dispenser soaps, plenty of towels and hooks to hang dry after use.
But, like John Wayne would have said, "Pilgrim, just leave that 10 gallon hat at the door! And by the way, how much time you goin' spend in there anyways?? Now me, I've got too many trails to explore under Arizona blue skies..." ***If you are a large person, this historic hotel suite may not work for you. Even though our units are apartment style suites, the rooms are small. They have been sufficient and have worked for most guests that have stayed here. See our reviews HERE...
