This Self-Catering Accommodation, Vacation Rental STUDIO APARTMENT SUITE is best suited for a single or cozy couple for the extended stay. It has (1) standard/full size bed in the sleeping area, plus a 9" thick futon sleeper sofa in the open kitchen/living area which works well for a second sleeping area. This unit is also an ideal space for a weekend stay for a couple and small family or two singles needing separate sleeping areas, when available. Please check availability.

***A 3rd person is not recommended for a longer stay.

The Cottonwood Hotel apartment style suites are ideal for your extended stay, vacation rental, overnight or a weekend. It is at best preferred by your independent traveler/guest(s) for the extended longer stay and is chosen over other local hotels/motels and lodging by most who have had the opportunity to stay here. Our SPECIALTY LODGING is like renting a vacation rental. Our accommodations are not your traditional hotel lodging. We offer a discounted rate for the longer you stay. Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee if necessary.

Cottonwood Hotel's Suite #7 kitchen is fully equipped with:

 • countertop oven/toaster
 • 4-cup coffee maker
 • Filtered Water
 • starter supply of paper towel, dish soap, cleaning products

 • A drop-leaf table seats two
 • 19" TV with Direct TV Channels (movies, sports, etc.)
 • Small Game Table (end table) with backgammon, chess, checkers, and tic-tac-toe!
