The Cottonwood Hotel is the closest hotel to the small town of Clarkdale. We are just 3 miles away from the Verde Canyon Railway (Excurion Train Ride), and 1 mile from the ASIS Massage Education School & Workshops. There are no hotels or motels within the town limits of Clarkdale, Arizona.
The street/road from Old Town Cottonwood to Clarkdale is the same road as historic route 89A. It also called Main and S. Broadway (Yavapai county, outside Clarkdale town limits and Old Town Cottonwood). When it reaches Cottonwood it becomes North Main Street. On most Arizona maps online it is *** incorrect by referring to it as HWY 260. HWY 260 actually ends at 89A at South Main Street.
The Tuzigoot National Monument, is just 1 mile west of the Cottonwood Hotel and 2 miles east of Clarkdale.
