The ArtWalk on Main Street will feature the many unique art forms that this quaint downhome town has to offer. From fine arts, funky arts, folk arts, healing arts, dance, music and theater along the Main Street ArtWalk district to the hand made crafts at the Farmer's Market location. Host businesses will be featuring artists weekly with artists' receptions, exhibits, demonstrations and more. The seasonal Farmer's Market features Home Grown Produce & Hand Made Crafts. |

There will be a wide range of original artwork for sale, including: paintings, sketches, photographs, sculpture, yard art, stoneware pottery, stained glass, handmade silver and gold jewelry, ancient paper art, beaded jewelry, bird houses, hand-painted clothing apparel, handbags, baskets, painted ornaments, and one of a kind handmade clothing, folk art, recycled art, antique & older art are just some of what will be offered.
Besides live music, we will have magicians, jugglers, belly dancers and other types of art form along with dance, theater and art classes. Call for schedules.
Main Street participating galleries and businesses will be featuring new exhibits, free opening night receptions, and artist appearances during the evening stroll. Free food samples, awesome prize giveaways and other special attractions are planned along Main Street. Cottonwood's River Walk the 'Jail Trail'
For a self guided Riparian Gallery Forest Tour, educate yourself and guests about this rare unique riparian by picking up your brochure at the Jail Trail trailhead located behind the Old Town Old Jail. The trail is part of the Dead Horse Ranch State Park which leads into their phenomenal trails system. The Verde River Greenway offers many opportunities for wildlife viewing, bird watching, fishing, hiking, biking and horse back riding. Or get in a canoe and journey downstream a few miles. Early birders will always get a glimpze at the many birds that live and migrate the area, along with the rare species and more common animals such as deer, raccoon, coyote, beaver, havelina, Mallard and Blue Heron.
